Explore the Arctic wilderness of Senja and experience the beauty that the island is famous for. This scenic day tour takes you through the dramatic fjord and mountain landscapes of both Senja and Kvaløya, featuring some of the region’s most incredible and famous photo spots. 

Your adventure begins with pickup from Scandic The Dock Tromsø, followed by a scenic drive through fjords, coastal roads, and stunning mountains. Along the way, we make carefully selected stops at iconic viewpoints and hidden gems, perfect for photography.

As we enter Senja, prepare to be amazed by its ever-changing scenery. Highlights often include famous viewpoints such as Bergsbotn, Tungeneset, and other spectacular roadside locations offering postcard-worthy views of sharp mountain ridges meeting the sea. We take our time at the best locations, allowing you to capture the landscapes at their finest.

Midway through the tour, we stop for a traditional Norwegian lunch at a local café in Senjahopen. The meal is included and offers an authentic taste of the region.

Your guide will share insights into local nature, wildlife, and Arctic life, giving you a deeper understanding of what makes Northern Norway so unique. After exploring Senja, we take an afternoon scenic ferry back toward Kvaløya, where we continue to stop at beautiful viewpoints along the coast before returning to Tromsø.  Keep an eye out for wildlife throughout the journey, encounters with sea eagles, reindeer, moose, otters, and seabirds are common in this region.

We typically arrive back in the city around 18:00, with memory cards full and a true sense of the Arctic’s wild beauty.
