Your day starts with an early pickup from your hotel in Tromsø, making everything easy and stress-free. As you travel south, you’ll enjoy beautiful Arctic scenery with fjords, mountains, and coastline along the way.

The highlight of the day is the hike to Hesten, widely known as the best viewpoint of Segla — one of Norway’s most famous and photographed mountains. From the top, you’ll be rewarded with a truly breathtaking panorama of sharp peaks rising straight from the sea.

The hike is considered moderate and suitable for most people with a reasonable level of fitness. The trail ascends steadily, and your guide will set a comfortable and flexible pace to suit the group. The ascent typically takes around 2 hours, followed by approximately 1 hour to descend.

At the summit, you’ll have time to relax, enjoy the views, and take plenty of photos. Standing here, above one of Norway’s most famous landscapes, is something many people dream of.

To make the experience even more memorable, your guide will take professional photos throughout the tour, including at the top, so you can focus on enjoying the hike while still bringing home incredible memories.
